Sophie Shaft

Sophie Shaft is a 3-time CrossFit Games athlete (3rd in 2022), a Junior American record holder, and a proud member of Team USA Weightlifting. An Olympic hopeful, Sophie is also a former competitive gymnast and American Ninja Warrior competitor. With a passion for training youth athletes, she leverages her elite-level experience to help others reach their full potential in strength and fitness.
